Violin
Though I rarely find the time for it now, I have played the violin for quite a long time. I was raised in a family of violin players, going back four generations.
I am now making time to return to violin playing so that I may once again enjoy the sound of my own music. God knows my parents suffered (as all parents of violin students) the first four years of my studies before I could be listened to without suffering!
It’s funny to think that I got into playing the violin in order to play bluegrass. Instead, I played classical music for 10 years culminating with earning my diploma from the National Conservatory of Music in Orleans, France. Â I still enjoy bluegrass but I’ve never played it. Â Maybe it’s time…
